Stenographer Recruitment Process
For appointment to the post of Stenographer, the candidate has to clear the written examination. After this there is a skill test of shorthand speed. In which the proficiency of writing shorthand in a specified speed is assessed.
Dictation is spoken at a specified speed in the skill test. Which the candidate has to write in shorthand. After this, the dictation written in shorthand has to be transcribed through the application and typed in the same language in which the dictation was spoken. Shorthand skill test is a qualifying test that the candidate has to clear must.
